Homes That Belong Here

A collection of private villa chosen for their character, their setting and the way life naturally unfolds within them.

The First Impression
Is Only the Beginning

A photograph can show the view, the pool and the architecture.

It cannot always show how a house feels at eight in the morning, where the shade falls at lunch, whether the bedrooms feel truly private or where everyone naturally ends up at the end of the day.

Those things take longer to understand.

For us, they matter.

A villa is not simply a beautiful backdrop to a week in Saint Barth. For a little while, it becomes the place around which everything else happens.

A Different Way to Stay

Privacy Comes Naturally

Mornings begin without anyone else around. The pool is yours. Breakfast happens when it happens, and there is no reason to leave the house until you feel like it.

Privacy becomes less of a feature and more simply the way you live.

Space Changes Everything

The right amount of space gives everyone freedom.

Some people gather outside. Someone reads inside. Children move between the pool and the house. A bedroom can feel completely removed from the rest of the day.

Being together does not have to mean doing everything together.

More Time at Home

Some of the best days need very little planning.

A late breakfast. A swim. Lunch that takes longer than expected. An afternoon spent nowhere else. Drinks outside as the light begins to change.

A good villa gives those hours somewhere to unfold.

A Few Villas,
Each for a Reason

Not every home enters the collection for the same reason. Sometimes it is the light. Sometimes the way the architecture opens toward the landscape. Sometimes it is the location, the privacy, the proportions, or simply the feeling that everything has found its natural place. What matters to us is understanding what makes each house distinct, then knowing who it will make sense for. A few homes express this particularly well.

For the Light

Some houses seem to change throughout the day. Morning light moves softly through the rooms, the terrace becomes quieter at midday, then the atmosphere shifts again as the afternoon begins to cool. In the right house, light is not simply part of the view. It shapes where you sit, which spaces you return to and how the villa feels from one hour to the next.

For the Horizon

There are hillside homes where the view becomes part of the architecture. Rooms open toward long stretches of sea, terraces seem to extend beyond the edge of the house and the landscape is present even when you are inside. The appeal is not simply elevation. It is the feeling of openness, distance and perspective that comes from having Saint Barth spread out below you.

For the Location

Some houses are chosen because everything feels close without the setting ever feeling busy. A beach in the morning, Saint Jean for lunch, Gustavia for dinner, then home without turning the evening into a journey across the island. On an island where a few kilometres can change the rhythm of a day, a central location can quietly transform the way a villa is lived.

For the Quiet

They sit slightly apart, protected by their setting, with enough privacy for the outside world to feel distant once you arrive. There may be less reason to leave, fewer interruptions and more time spent simply moving between the pool, the terrace and the house. Sometimes what makes a villa special is how little it asks of you

The Villa,
Ready for You

By the time you arrive, the practical details should already be in place.

We meet you on arrival, coordinate your car and accompany you to the villa. Once there, we show you what is useful to know, make sure everything is as expected and then give you the space to settle in.

Throughout your stay, we remain available whenever something needs attention. Quietly present when useful, otherwise simply in the background.

Every stay includes

  • Arrival assistance
  • Coordination of your rental car and journey to the villa
  • A personal introduction to the house
  • Local support throughout your stay
  • Assistance on departure

Anything beyond the villa can be shaped around the way you want to spend your time on the island.

How It Comes Together

Once you have a sense of the stay you want, everything that follows should feel simple. We keep the process personal and clear, from the first conversation to the moment your villa is confirmed.

Find What Feels Right

Tell Us About Your Stay

It begins with a conversation. Tell us your dates, who is travelling and what matters most to you. Perhaps you want to wake close to the sea, spend evenings near Gustavia, have space for several couples or simply find a house where everyone will want to stay for dinner. You do not need a perfect brief. The small details often tell us more than a long list of requirements, and they help us understand what will genuinely feel right.

A Thoughtful Selection

Once we understand the stay, we look through the collection with you in mind. Rather than sending every house that happens to be available, we select a small number and explain why each one belongs in the conversation. Location, orientation, layout, privacy and atmosphere all play a part.We also consider the details that are harder to see online, from the morning light to the road home. The aim is not to give you more options, but to make the right ones easier to recognise.

The Right House

Photographs are only part of the decision. We help you understand the details a screen cannot always show. How private the terrace feels, how separate the bedrooms really are, whether the location will make your days easier and how the house changes from morning to evening. If one villa has the better sunset but another has the stronger location, we will tell you. If two houses look similar but live differently, we will explain why. The right choice should become clearer, not more complicated.

From Choice to Arrival

Once the house is chosen, everything becomes simpler. We confirm the dates, prepare the rental agreement and guide you clearly through the reservation and payment process. From there, the attention moves away from choosing the villa and toward preparing for your stay. Your arrival, your car and the first details at the house begin to take shape. Anything you would like to arrange around your time in Saint Barth can follow naturally. By the time you arrive, the searching is behind you.

A Few Practical Notes

A few useful details to know before choosing a villa and settling into life in St Barths.

It depends on the time of year and the house you have in mind.

Christmas and New Year are naturally the most requested dates, and many of the most sought after villas are reserved well in advance. At other times of the year, the picture can be very different.

If your dates are fixed, starting early gives us more choice. If they are flexible, there is often more room to explore.

The number of bedrooms is only the beginning.

We look closely at where the bedrooms are positioned, how easily children can move between inside and outside, the pool area, stairs, privacy and the amount of shared space.

A slightly smaller house with the right layout can often work far better than a larger one that looks impressive on paper.

For most stays, yes.

The island is small, but its hills, winding roads and different neighbourhoods make having a car the simplest way to move freely.

It also means the day can change without much planning. A different beach, lunch on the other side of the island or a late decision to stay in Gustavia a little longer.

Yes.

A private chef can be arranged for a single dinner, a particular occasion or more regularly during your stay, depending on availability and what suits you.

Sometimes it is for something special. Sometimes it is simply because no one feels like leaving the house that evening.

Minimum stays vary according to the villa and the time of year.

Seven nights is common for many properties, while certain periods, particularly around the festive season, may require a longer stay.

We prefer to confirm this individually, as every house follows its own calendar.

The beaches of Saint Barth are public.

Some villas sit directly beside the sand, while others offer access within a short walk or drive. What changes from one property to another is not ownership of the beach, but how immediate that relationship with the water feels.

For some guests, that matters enormously. For others, the view from above is exactly why they came.
